THE MISSING SEASON 2
TITLE SEQUENCE
The studio wrote and filmed scenes from multiple perspectives for this credit sequence; a missing child, suspect and pursuer laden with clues to the case, subtly mixed with programme footage. Each scene holds its own powerful story; falling red hair marks a memory which haunts the lead detective, a clicking finger holds the clue to the identity of the surfaced girl and a barking dog marks the final discovery of the drama. It was edited with and animated with timed flashes combined with a dreamy grade to emulate disorientated memories. The typography was bespokely designed and animated for the programme, leaving a ghost-like trace.
